While I was shopping for a new
car I visited the show room of Lone Star Motors in Calgary/AB -
Canada. I witnessed the complaint of one of their customers and
the way this fellow was treated. |

I was a little
alarmed and decided to check the internet how the Mercedes Benz
customers are judging their vehicles and how they are being
treated. |

What a surprise - reputable
publishers like
Fortune Magazine reported about decreasing reliability and
reported about unsatisfied Mercedes customers and they mentioned
a number of websites where these people published their
experience with Mercedes Benz. |

I contacted some of them - and
to my surprise their complaints were serious and most of them
could prove it by providing invoices and pictures. |

These facts turned me off -
and I decided to give them some kind of support by setting up
this page. I think I do not have to mention that I did not buy a
Mercedes. |
