Some Advice: |
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Keep all invoices
- For warranty work - Insist
on a $0-invoice - let your dealer know that you keep track
of the troubles
- Check the invoice for
"CAUSE". If you do not agree, let them change it on the
invoice - it can be a critical point if you are trying to
sue MB or the dealer.
- Keep the 'Check-List'.
Make sure the date is on it! Check yourself whatever you can
check yourself. If you have some questionable items, let a
different dealer check it out - eventually get an estimate
to get these items fixed and confront your dealer.
- Do not fall for nice
arrogance! These guys are trained to make you look like a
fool and them like Mr. Know-It-All.
- Ask to look at the
'Service History' and if possible get a copy of it. Compare
it with your records. If the dealer did everything by the
books, they will give it to you - if they are cheating - try
to get it from MB head-office.
- Get rid of your car and
buy anything else.
